Three save slots. You can now run up to three careers in parallel – each with its own team, its own season, and its own spot on the online ranking.
Transfers & AI squads noticeably more realistic. AI teams now trade far more believably: an overqualified rider no longer randomly ends up at a freshly promoted team, sales and purchases spread across multiple teams instead of piling up on a few, and squads feel more even overall instead of being dominated by a single outlier rider.
Full season transfer overview. The season-change screen now shows a complete overview of every transfer of the season – yours and the AI's.
New Stats tab with leaderboards. A fifth sub-tab under "Rankings" now shows career-wide leaderboards – from most stage wins to the highest rider strength ever reached to team records. Tapping a tile opens the full ranking for that category.
Visible potential ceiling in the rider profile. You now see in black and white how far a rider can grow at most – depending on their role in the team.
Exceptional talents are now genuinely rare. Real exceptional talents in youth development have become noticeably rarer, instead of seemingly showing up all the time.
10 new sponsor goals, tiered by league. Depending on your division, additional, appropriately tiered sponsor goals are now available – from realistic Continental goals to demanding WorldTour targets.
Start list with start numbers. Start numbers are now based on the actual GC/classic/sprint score of a team's strongest rider, and at Grand Tours it's guaranteed that a team's best remaining rider actually makes the start.
Reworked breakaway balance in quick simulation. Breakaway groups now have a more realistic, terrain-dependent success chance in quick simulation, instead of succeeding too often or too rarely.
Now fully playable in Italian. Peloton Manager is now playable in five languages: German, English, French, Spanish, and newly Italian.
